Composite across 5 pillars, weighted for what actually drives LLM citation of biopharma CDMOs. Every pillar traces to a specific observable data source. Not-yet-measured pillars are excluded from the composite rather than counted as zero — we don't penalize CDMOs for methodology we haven't shipped yet.

Direct observation of LLM bot fetches to your profile in the last 90 days — currently includes both user-directed variants (ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User) and search-index crawlers (OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot). A pending refinement will restrict this pillar to user-directed variants only.
